When you purchase a course, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. However, in case you are not satisfied with any course or service, we respect your opinion and you can request a refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Self-Paced Online Courses

1.0 We offer registered users a three (3)-days, no-question-asked money back guarantee on self-paced online courses. However, this refund request and money back guarantee is considered void if the learner has read or downloaded more than 1 (one) learning component (including but not limited to reading material, activities, assignments, quizzes, downloadable material etc) of the self-paced online course from our learning management system.

1.1 Requests received anytime after three (3)-days of the purchase of the course or start of the course /subscription period will not be considered for refund or cancellation.

Instructor-Led Online Courses

2.1 Lurnwell Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to postpone or cancel the instructor-led online course due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or any other force majeure events.

2.2 In case of 2.1, registered users will be offered an option of full 100% refund or adjustment of course fee against a future course from the same instructor.

2.3 If a registered user requests for cancellation three (3) or more days prior to the start date of the instructor-led course, 10% of the total paid course fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be processed for refund. While we aim for a total satisfaction of our customer, we also need to safeguard our instructors against any fraud, so the cancellation request and money back guarantee is considered void if the learner has read or downloaded more than 1 (one) learning component (including but not limited to reading material, activities, assignments, quizzes, downloadable material etc) of the instructor-led online course from our learning management system.

2.4 If a registered user requests for cancellation within three (3) or less days prior to the start date of the instructor-led course, no refund / cancellation request will be considered.

How to Request for Refund / Cancellation

3.1 To request refund or cancellation, please contact us via email at 'support@learnbuddy.in' or by raising a support ticket from the 'Support' section on our website. While sending your request for refund, please provide complete and accurate details of the subscribed course, registered user and reason for cancellation.

3.2 All approved refund requests will be processed through the original method of payment which means the same Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking account or Mobile Wallet that was used for making the payment.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 45 working days after the refund request is approved by Lurnwell Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
